I volunteer and participate with CDM for spiritual community. The spiritual techniques have helped me immensely. I use them in my meditations, to read and heal and throughout my life.

I have a "day job" in Olympia assisting people with health insurance issues. I also do aura reading/healings and weddings throughout Southwest Washington. I periodically teach a meditation class out of my home. I use the techniques to heal myself and maintain a safe space at work and home. I also trade looks with CDM friends over the phone. At work, I often ground myself and the person I am assisting, especially when it is a high stress/pain situation.
