Meditation
Meditation is the practice of inner focus, quieting the distractions of the physical world, and tuning into the spiritual realm. Meditation awakens you to yourself as spirit. When you know who you are, you are able to create what you desire. With meditation, you can find your unique answers to your questions. You can have certainty about your purpose here on Earth.
Anyone can learn to meditate. It is simple and practical and does not require any physical exertion. CDM teaches techniques you can use for a lifetime of rewarding meditation.
Meditation Classes
In CDM meditation classes, you learn techniques that are the foundation of all the spiritual work at CDM. These meditation techniques can be used every day at work and in recreation, as well as in quiet meditation. Meditation is taught in a level one and level two class series.
Meditation I
The first meditation class meets once a week for six weeks. In this class, you are taught a set of spiritual techniques that help you know yourself as spirit: grounding, centering in your head, and creating and destroying as spirit. You learn to consciously run and release energies and to create your life with no effort. Learning to communicate as spirit is an exciting part of this class.
Meditation II
The second meditation class meets once a week for eight weeks. In this class, you learn new techniques as well as practicing what you learned in the first class. In Meditation I, you learned to tune into yourself; now you learn to tune into your environment and make it a spiritually safe place. Other new techniques taught in Meditation II include practicing non-resistance, meditating with color, chakra awareness and more.

CDM offers a weekly Meditation Hour,
teaching ancient techniques.
Our meditation techniques include grounding, centering,
consciously moving energies and others. The meditation is often
focused on a topic such as personal havingness, communication with
God or self-healing. Participants find the increased energy of
a group meditation helps one get in touch with higher vibrations
and thus, a deeper inner focus. No special knowledge or previous experience is necessary to join the group. Meditation Hour is a great introduction to CDM.
